14k yellow gold, diamonds and emeralds, Baume Marcier ladies manual watch. It is 7" long, case Measurements 17mm x 13mm. This Swiss made, solid 14k gold watch is accented with approx. 0.25ctw of H color single cut diamonds and 4 emerald cabochons, measuring 3mm each. Weight is 34.6 grams.
