Features twenty-five earth-mined natural gemstones, including eight round brilliant cut diamonds (0.16 carats) mounted north-south, sixteen graduated tapered baguette diamonds (0.38 carats) mounted east-west, and a 1.84-carat oval faceted vivid royal blue sapphire center stone in a four-prong setting. Weighs 7.25 grams, size 5.5, resizable. Measures 15 x 13.5 mm, rising 10 mm over the finger. Stamped with platinum assay and gemstone weights “PT .900 1.82 0.54.” Very good conditions.
