Pair of enameled vases created in Copenhagen Denmark by the Anton Michelsen Co., back in the 1930. The vases have been crafted with fluted patterns in solid .925/.999 sterling silver and decorated with incised engravings. They are embellished with applications of vivid blue glass enamel and the interiors are treated with 24kt gilding.
Weight: 232.4 Grams (149.3 Dwt). Measurements: 63 mm by 70 mm by 70 mm (2.45 x 2.76 x 2.76 Inches). Hallmarks: Both are stamped with Danish marks; the maker's mark, the marks for the assay and warranty of the silver and signed as follow, "A. MICHELSEN COPENHAGEN DENMARK 1.9 STERLING X".
The overall condition of these enameled vases by Anton Michelsen is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the silver or the enamel.
