Antique Rosetta Ring crafted in 18k yellow Gold, set with a center Pearl about 6.5 mm. Surrounded by 10 Old mine Diamonds weighing Approx. 120 carats. H-J color, VS-SI clarity. Top measurements: 0.50 inchesdiameter. Ring size: 7 1/4. Stamp: "18k". Weight: 3.5 grams.
