Antique 18k yellow Gold Brooch, featuringa centerRound Pearl. Along with15 Old mine Diamonds weighing Approx. 1.60 carats. H-I color, VS-SI clarity. Brooch is composed by a baroque Pearl (possible natural pearl). Measurements: 1.0 x 1.0 inches. Total weight:4.1 grams.
