Extremely rare modernist bangle bracelet by Angela Cummings, New York, 1982-83, crafted in solid 18K yellow gold with high polish and free wavy shapes. Embellished with 488 round inlaid cabochons of natural gemstones: 164 Australian black opals (16.40 ct), 208 black jades (20.80 ct), and 116 white nacre (11.60 ct). Measures 22 mm wide, 9 mm thick (0.87 x 0.35 in), fits wrists 6.75 to 7 in (17–18 cm). Weighs 59.3 grams. A stunning and collectible statement piece.
