This gorgeous cocktail ring by Adler Joailliers, Geneva, circa 1990s, features classic patterns crafted in solid 18K yellow gold with high-polished finish, embellished with one oval cabochon-cut natural vivid red ruby (10 x 8 x 4.5mm, 3.79 carats) in bezel setting surrounded by 52 calibrated round brilliant-cut diamonds (2.34 carats, F/G color, VS-SI clarity) in pavé setting, weighing 9.3 grams (5.96 dwt.) and measuring 21 x 15mm (0.83 x 0.59 inches) with 7mm rise over finger, size 7.25 (resizable upon request).
