Beautiful Heart Ring crafted in 18k yellow Gold, set with a center Natural Heart shape Emerald Approx. 6.80 carats. Along with Diamonds weighing Approx. 0.70 carats. H-1i color, VS-SI clarity. Top measurements: 0.75 x 0.70 inches. Ring size: 7 1/2. Weight: 5.9 grams. Stamp: "18k".
