This circa 1960s brooch measures 2 1/4" x 1 3/4", it consists of approx. 1.75ctw of natural Ruby cabochons and approx. 0.80ctw of H color sparkly Diamonds. Pin is hallmarked 750 W and comes with its original box. Weight is 17.16 grams.
