Round Brooch crafted in 18k yellow Gold and Platinum for the prongs, set with a center Diamond Approx. 0.75 carats. H color, SI clarity. Along with others 21 white Diamonds weighing Approx. 2.0 carats. 7 natural Emeralds Approx. 14 carats and 7 Star Rubies Approx. 34 carats. Measurements: 1.80 inches diameter. Weight: 29.4 grams.
